The International Journal of New Findings in Health and Educational Sciences (IJHES) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access, online journal dedicated to the publication and dissemination of high-quality scholarly research in Health Sciences, Educational Sciences, Psychology, and related interdisciplinary fields.

IJHES is published quarterly (four issues per year) in English and welcomes original research articles, review articles, theoretical and conceptual studies, and other scholarly contributions that provide meaningful contributions to knowledge and practice.

Open Access Policy

IJHES is an open-access journal. All published articles are made freely available online to readers without subscription or access fees.

Open access is intended to facilitate the broad dissemination, accessibility, and use of scholarly research by researchers, academics, students, professionals, and other interested readers.

Peer Review Policy

All manuscripts submitted to IJHES are subject to an editorial assessment and peer-review process before publication. Manuscripts are evaluated based on their academic quality, originality, relevance to the journal's scope, methodological soundness, and contribution to the field.

The editorial team reserves the right to reject manuscripts that do not meet the journal's academic or ethical requirements.

Article Processing Charges

There is no Article Processing Charge (APC) at the time of manuscript submission.

Where applicable, an Article Processing Charge is requested only after a manuscript has successfully completed the peer-review process and has been formally accepted for publication.

Authors are informed through the journal's official email regarding the applicable publication fee and payment instructions. No payment is required for manuscript submission or peer review.

DOI and Scholarly Discoverability

Published articles are assigned Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs) through Crossref to support persistent identification, citation, and scholarly discoverability.

IJHES is currently discoverable through scholarly and metadata services including Crossref, OpenAlex, SUDOC, ROAD (Directory of Open Access scholarly Resources), and Google Scholar.

Copyright and Licensing

Authors retain the rights to their scholarly work subject to the journal's publication and licensing terms.

The journal encourages the responsible sharing, citation, and dissemination of published research while respecting the intellectual property rights of authors and third parties.

Publication Ethics

IJHES is committed to maintaining high standards of publication ethics and academic integrity. Manuscripts must be original and must not be simultaneously submitted to another journal.
