Open Access Policy

The International Journal of New Findings in Health and Educational Sciences (IJHES) is a fully open-access, peer-reviewed academic journal committed to providing immediate and unrestricted access to scholarly research for readers worldwide.

IJHES does not require readers or institutions to pay subscription fees to access its published articles. Researchers, academics, students, professionals, and other interested readers can access published content through the official journal website.

Immediate Open Access

All articles published by IJHES are made freely and immediately accessible online upon publication.

Readers do not need a subscription or institutional login to read, download, or share published articles, subject to the terms of the applicable license and any rights relating to third-party material.

IJHES does not operate a subscription or paywall model for its published articles.

Creative Commons Licensing

Unless otherwise stated, articles published by IJHES are licensed under the:

The CC BY 4.0 license permits users to:

Author Copyright and Rights

Authors retain copyright in their published work.

Open-access publication allows authors to disseminate and share their published research broadly in accordance with the applicable Creative Commons license and relevant copyright law.

Subject to these terms, authors may:

  • Share their published article;

  • Deposit the article in institutional or subject repositories;

  • Use the article for teaching and educational purposes;

  • Include the article in a thesis or dissertation;

  • Share the article with colleagues and research communities; and

  • Reuse or adapt their work in accordance with the applicable license.

Article Processing Charge (APC)

IJHES operates an open-access publishing model supported, in part, by an Article Processing Charge (APC) of  accepted article.

The APC contributes to the costs associated with editorial and publishing operations, manuscript production, online hosting, DOI registration, digital preservation, publication, and dissemination.

No Fee at Submission or Peer Review

No APC is charged at the time of manuscript submission or during the peer-review process.

The €170 APC is payable only after the manuscript has completed the peer-review process and has received formal acceptance for publication.

The corresponding author is notified through the journal's official communication channels after formal acceptance and is provided with the applicable payment information.

Payment of an APC does not influence peer review, editorial evaluation, or the final publication decision.

Accessibility and Dissemination

Immediate open access enables the broad dissemination and discoverability of research published by IJHES.

Readers may access, read, download, share, and appropriately reuse published articles in accordance with the applicable license.

Authors are encouraged to share links to the official published version of their articles through academic, institutional, and professional networks.

Long-Term Access and Preservation

IJHES is committed to maintaining continued access to its published scholarly content.

Open-access publishing does not affect the editorial assessment of manuscripts.

All submissions are evaluated according to the journal's scope, editorial policies, scientific and academic standards, ethical requirements, and peer-review procedures.

Editorial decisions are independent of an author's ability or willingness to pay the APC.

No manuscript is accepted solely because an author is willing to pay the applicable publication charge.

Reader Access

All published IJHES articles are freely accessible through the official journal website.

Readers are not required to register, subscribe, or pay a fee to access articles published under the journal's open-access model.

Where an article contains third-party material subject to separate copyright or licensing conditions, those specific conditions remain applicable to the relevant material.
